Trouble- Here are solutions to the more common problems encountered
shooting when trying to run ScreenDance. If you don't find an
answer to a problem you are having, please see the tech
support page on our web site at http://www.madeira.com,
or send e-mail to help@madeira.com with a complete
description of the problem and any error messages and
                error codes that are displayed.

                "Unhandled exception, DDManager.cpp:NNN, error code:..."

If you get an error message like this with the word
"DDManager" it most likely indicates an incompatibility
with your video card driver and DirectDraw (part of
DirectX). You may need to check with your computer or
video card manufacturer to get a newer video driver. If
that doesn't help, please send e-mail to us at
help@madeira.com with a complete description of the error
message and all error codes that are reported.

No DirectX or "Ddraw.dll not found"

If you get this error message, this means that you do not
have DirectX installed on your machine. ScreenDance
requires DirectX 5.0 under Windows 95, or Service Pack 3
under Windows NT 4.0. To download DirectX go to:
                http://www.microsoft.com/msdownload/directx/dxf/enduser5.0
For Service Pack 3 go to:
                http://support.microsoft.com/Support/NTServer/Content/ServicePacks

"Display driver does not support DirectDraw"

If you receive an error saying that your display driver
does not support DirectDraw, you need to check with your
computer or video card manufacturer to get a video driver
                that supports Microsoft's DirectX.
