FontZip Readme

________________Before you start

Before you start using FontZip, please make sure that you have these files in the same directory:

Fontzip.exe
Fontzip.dll
Readme.txt (This File)

________________Using FontZip

To run FontZip, start the FontZip.exe file.

To add font file to the list, click the "Add" button.
To remove a font file from the list, select the font and click "Remove"

You can add a readme file to the FontZip by clicking the "..." button next to the readme textbox.  To add a license agreement, do the same thing.

You must enter the name of the font into the "Font Name" text box.

An Internet URL can be entered into the "Website URL" text box.

Click "Create FontZip" to make the FontZip self-extractor .exe file.  FontZip will check to make sure you filled in all the necessary information.

Then, select where you want the FontZip Self-Extractor to be made.

Click OK. 

That's It!

________________Distributing the FontZip Self-Extractor

To distribute the FontZip Self-Extractor you made, just copy it.  No other files are needed.

You should test the Self-Extractor in the environment it will be used in.  FontZip has been tested in Windows 98 and Windows ME and should work in Windows 95, 98, 98 SE, ME and Windows NT 4.0 and Windows 2000.
