             The Nianhua Scholar Chinese Calendar Converter 
                 Standard Single User License Agreement 

By using the Nianhua Scholar program, you acknowledge that you have read
the License and that you agree to all the Terms of License and that you
promise to comply fully with the License Terms.

This Agreement is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or
a single entity) and ROBERT WISHLAW governing the use of 
The Nianhua Scholar Chinese Calendar Converter Software ("the Software").
By installing, copying or otherwise using the Software, you agree
to be bound by the terms of this agreement.

The Software is protected by copyright laws and international copyright
treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The
Software is licensed, not sold. 

	This Agreement grants you the following rights:

a. You may install and use one copy of the Software on a single computer.

b. You may make a single back-up copy of the Software. You may use the
   back-up copy solely for archival purposes.

c. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software,
   except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted
   by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation.

d. You may not to distribute modified versions of the Nianhua
   Scholar program or of any of the components of the program.

e. You may not to sell, rent, lease, or in any way charge or
   request donations for any copies you make and distribute
   without the written consent of Robert Wishlaw.

f. You acknowledge that the program and all accompanying files
   are distributed "AS IS" with no warranties of any kind.
   You acknowledge and agree that you will assume the entire risk
   of using the program.You acknowledge and agree that you will
   not hold Robert Wishlaw liable for any damages whatsoever relating
   to your use of the Nianhua Scholar program.

g. You may not allow other computers to use the Software over an
   internal network, nor may you distribute the Software to other
   computers over an internal or external network.


Without any prejudice to any other rights, ROBERT WISHLAW may terminate
this agreement if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of
this Agreement. In such event, you must destroy all copies of the
Software.

All title and copyrights in and to the Software (including but not
limited to any images, photographs, animations, video, audio, music,
text and "applets", incorporated into the Software), the accompanying
printed materials, and any copies of the Software, are owned by ROBERT
WISHLAW. All rights not specifically granted under this Agreement are
reserved by ROBERT WISHLAW.

You agree that this License to use the Evaluation version of Nianhua
Scholar shall be governed by the laws of the Province of British
Columbia, Canada and that exclusive jurisdiction for all matters
relating to this License shall be convened in courts located in the
Province of British Columbia, Canada and that you consent to convening
exclusively in this jurisdiction. 

DISTRIBUTION TO THE U.S. GOVERNMENT: The Licensed Products provided
under this Agreement are commercial computer software programs developed
exclusively at private expense. Use, duplication, and disclosure by
civilian agencies of the U.S. Government shall be in accordance with FAR
52.227-19 (c) or other agency data rights provisions, as may be
applicable. Use, duplication and disclosure by DOD agencies is subject
solely to the terms of standard software License Agreement as stated in
DFARS 227.7202.
