     Nianhua Scholar Evaluation License

You are licensed to evaluate Nianhua Scholar (the program)
for one period of twenty one (21) days.

If you wish to continue to use the program after the evaluation
period you must register and pay for for a STANDARD LICENSE
for the Nianhua Scholar program.

You may make and distribute only exact copies of the complete
unmodified Nianhua Scholar Evaluation program.

You promise not to distribute modified versions of the Nianhua
Scholar program or of any of the components of the program.

You promise not to sell, rent, lease, or in any way charge or
request donations for any copies you make and distribute
without the written consent of Robert Wishlaw.

You acknowledge that the program and all accompanying files
are distributed "AS IS" with no warranties of any kind.
You acknowledge and agree that you will assume the entire risk
of using the program.

You acknowledge and agree that you will not hold Robert Wishlaw
liable for any damages whatsoever relating to your use
of the Nianhua Scholar program.

You agree that this License to use the Evaluation
version of Nianhua Scholar shall be governed by the laws of
the Province of British Columbia, Canada and that exclusive
jurisdiction for all matters relating to this License shall be
convened in courts located in the Province of British Columbia,
Canada and that you consent to convening exclusively in this
jurisdiction. 

By using the Nianhua Scholar program, you acknowledge that
you have read the License and that you agree to all the Terms
of License and that you promise to comply fully with
the License Terms.

All components of the Nianhua Scholar program belong to and
are the copyright of Robert Wishlaw 1993-2002.
All rights not expressly granted in this License are
reserved by Robert Wishlaw.

DISTRIBUTION TO THE U.S. GOVERNMENT: The Licensed Products provided
under this Agreement are commercial computer software programs developed
exclusively at private expense. Use, duplication, and disclosure by
civilian agencies of the U.S. Government shall be in accordance with FAR
52.227-19 (c) or other agency data rights provisions, as may be
applicable. Use, duplication and disclosure by DOD agencies is subject
solely to the terms of standard software License Agreement as stated in
DFARS 227.7202.
