To install unzip in a temporary directory/map/folder and 
run the Setup.exe file by double clicking on it.
Follow the instructions on the screen to install the
playbook program. After installation you can click on 
the Icon in the start menu to start the program.

- Changes since Basketball Playbook 001
  
  - Printing routine has changed.  
  - The passing line is changed, there will be more 
    dashes in a line. 
  - Improved drag and drop, suggested by Todd Prior .
  - Copy of players when adding a sequence, suggested

  - Court graphics in add box, court and text tab have 
    changed.
  - Copy of sketch to clipboard is added.

  - Some options have been slightly modified.
  - In an animation offense can change to defense
    and defense into offense.
  - A skip in print option so sketches you add
    for the animation's only do not get printed.

  - Finally solved the page numbering problem in 
    the preview window.
  - Added a skip all button in the restore function.

  - There is an export function for the sketches in
    JPG and BMP format, normal and double size.   
  - An export function for plays in HTML format,
    this should make it possible to load the plays
    in all modern word processors.
  - The animation function is extended with, pause,
    stop, next, prev, loop and sketch functionality.
  - The animation speed setting works the other way
    around, also the speed doesn't have to be 
    changed when switching between color and 
    black and white animation's.
  - Lost of last update in text when starting an
    animation bug is solved.
  - The page header on a print can be changed.
  - Printing in rows instead of columns and font 
    size have been added in the print menu.
  - Some printer problems should be solved.
  - Lot of little things have improved in the
    background.

  Basketball Playbook is free.
  There is limited tech support, and no manual.
  You can't register, and a new version will take time.
  
  Please contact the author before putting this program on
  a CD-Rom or media other than those part of the internet.
  
  When distributing plays or drills made with Basketball
  Playbook, please state the name of the program or the author

- What does Basketball Playbook do ?

  Basketball Playbook version 006 is a coaching tool, which
  helps a coach designing and distributing his own plays
  and drills.
  Basketball Playbook has the following features:
  - Storing of plays in a database ordered in categories you 
    define.
  - A design tool to sketch basketball plays and drills.
  - An animation option (full screen)
  - A limited text editor to describe your plays and drills.
  - An export and import function to exchange plays with
    other users of this program.
  - Designed plays can be printed in high quality.


- Prerequisites

  Or what do you need to let this program work
  - Pentium or compatible processor based computer
  - 32 MB of Ram (64 MB recommended)
  - Windows 95 and 98 and maybe NT ?
  - 5 MB disk space
  - 25 MB of temporary disk space for printing in the highest 
    quality, printing in highest quality is not recommended.
  - 16 bit color or higher when using colored courts.

- Bugs

  As this is the fifth version there might be some left,
  this also means that there might be changes in a new
  version.

  Printing
  - When there is to much text in a sequence the text will
    not be printed. Try decreasing the print font.
