 INTRODUCTORY INFORMATION

 1. REQUIREMENTS

 Requires:
 
 - Windows 95/98/2000/Me/NT4.0/2000/XP.
 - Sound card


 2. INSTALLATION

 If you received i-Sound from magazine CD or some software
 library, please visit our home page to ensure you have the newest
 version.

 Before installing, if you have a previous version of
 i-Sound, you must uninstall the previous version.

 To install i-Sound, unzip the distribution kit content
 into a temporary directory and run SETUP.EXE to install the files.
 Choose i-Sound from the Start Menu to run the program.

 For better results we recommend use Lame MP3 codec. To install go to "Lame" 
 folder, right-click on "lameACM.inf" and choose "Install"

 After installation you must configure software:

 - press "Settings" button
 - select path to music archive
 - select MP3 options

 All sound files will be saved in music archive folder. 
 Filename will consist of date and time of record with .wav extension.

 3. UNINSTALLATION

 To remove i-Sound from your computer:

 Open the Control Panel folder, and double-click the Add/Remove
 Programs icon. Select i-Sound from the list displayed,
 then click the Add/Remove button. Follow the instructions that
 appear on the screen.

 4. DEFAULT SETTINGS

 - sound format: 44100hz, 16bit, stereo
 - MP3: 128Kb/s 

 5. LICENSE AGREEMENT

 When using i-Sound, you must agree to the licence
 agreement which is situated in the file LICENSE.TXT
