  What is this for?
  ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
  This program calculates the Beats per Minute rate of anything
  you want. Exempla gratia: Music beats, Heartbeats, etc..
  Using
  ~~~~~
  Start counting by setting the first beat.
  Set the beats by hitting any key on the keyboard, on any program.
  To stop and re-start, click the Stop (S) button, or press Esc.

  Settings
  ~~~~~~~~
  Change the settings by pressing the right mouse button over the
  program window.
  .Used time:
    This setting is very important. It is the amount of time the
    program will actually use in its calculus. In other words,
    only the last xx seconds (that you'll set) will be used. If
    big, better overall mean, if small, more susceptible to
    changes and typing errors.
  .Vis mode:
    You prefer the results in BPM, Hertz (Beats per second),
    Beats per hour or interval (Seconds between each beat). Make
    your choice. After stopping or while calculating, you can
    change the vis mode and the display value will be re-calculated.
  .Input Mode:
    Choose if you want the key presses from when the program is not
    active (minimized or with a different program active) to be used
    in the input or not. If you choose not, first maximize the program
    or give it the focus (by clicking over it or selecting in the task
    bar) and the set the beats.
  .Skin:
    Choose how ArBPM will look. For more choices visit the webpage
    or skinz.org.
    All skins MUST be under the 'skins' subdir under the folder you have
    installed the app in.
  .Always on top:
    If its gonna hide when you select other windows. Let this
    checked and see what happens when you type anything in MSWord.
    (Well, it's on by default)
  Uninstalling
  ~~~~~~~~~~~~
  Delete the folder you installed to and the Start Menu item.
  Files:
  ArBPM.exe - Program
  ArLib.dll - Hooker DLL
  ArBPM.txt - Info file
  Skins Directory
  Key in Registry: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Ar\ArBPM

  Uninstallers sucks.

  ~~~~~~ ~~~~~~~
  The last version is available on http://arbpm.w3.to
  Notes
  ~~~~~
  This is freeware, so distribute freely.
  This is written in C and not Visual Basic
       as the early versions (god bless).
  This program is Y2K bug free (certified by IEEE4320 and ISO1093/99).

  Future Improvements
  ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
  In the future I can be adding:
  .Other vis modes (who knows ?)
  .Other input options
  .Unfreewarization :)
  .Sharewarization
  .Cripplewarization
  Send your suggestion!
