Purpose of the Program:

Transaction Manager is designed to make it easy for Registered Representatives 
to maintain the records that are required for compliance purposes.  This includes the Transaction Log, Client Holding Record, Product Cross-Index, and Checks & Securities Received Log.  Reports can be prepared and printed for any period of time desired.

Additionally, the program keeps detailed customer and account information, as well as commissions.  You can create subsets of customers and print form letters, mailing labels, and reports for one or more of those groups.  You can further sort those groups by representative(s) and/or customer classification(s).

Transaction Manager is menu driven, and extensive on-line help is available at all times.

Installation Requirements:

Transaction Manager does not require installation.  Windows 95 or better is required (Windows 3.x available upon request).

Program Status:

Demo Version - Limited to 10 Customers, and 1 Account per Customer, but is otherwise fully functional.
