Starting !SpeakEd.exe will automatically install the editor into the default directory \Program Files\SpeakEd\ and place a start icon on the Start - Programs menu list. The speech engines ask one question in a text message box (no speech until after the program is installed), which is the standard MicroSoft licence agreement. Answer Alt Y to accept and install the speech engines or Alt N to abort the installation.
Once the editor is installed it can be started from a shortcut key of Ctrl Alt 1, for new shortcut keys to take effect most window operation systems have to be restarted to reset the registry.
A shareware fee of 20 is requested to finance further development, such as intergrating it into the internet so that it can be used for email and reading html pages.
