1. Program description
----------------------
Developer  Editor  is  an  advanced  and  comfortable  text editor for
Windows  95/98.  Automatic  syntax  highlight  schemes  for Assembler,
C/C++,  HTML,  Pascal, Java programming languages. The user can change
the  existing  syntax  highlight schemes or to create other convenient
for  itself syntax highlight scheme. Unlimited file size, limited only
by  how  much  memory  windows  can  allocate.  Multi level Undo-Redo,
Find/Replace,  word-wrap,  bookmarks  support,  Drag and drop editing,
templates,  backup  file,  print  preview,  case conversion, autosave,
auto  indent  and  back  indent, automatic of scroll bars, end of text
line mark, encoding to WIN, KOI, ISO, DOS, MAC, execution files within
the editor, minimizing to system tray. Fully customizable appearance -
colors,  fonts, toolbar etc.. Customized project, tool and help files.
Call  of  help file on current word at pressing "F1". List of the last
opened  files,  sending  mail directly from editor, go to line number,
execute currently opened file, and more other functions...

3. Installation
---------------
Extract  .zip  file  to  temporary  directory, then execute SETUP.EXE.
Developer  Editor  Setup  Wizard would automatically setup and install
the whole program under a minute!


4. Uninstallation
-----------------
Open 'Add/Remove Programs' in Control Panel and double-click Developer
Editor in the list box.


5. Registration
---------------
Developer Editor is not free software. You can freely download and try
it  for  30  days.  If  you  find it useful and decide to keep it over
30-day  evaluation  period,  you  should pay the registration fee. See
also  LICENSE.TXT  file or License info section in the help file. This
software  are  provided  "AS  IS"  so  please  try them out before you
purchase  so  you  can  be sure they will be usefull for you. We don't
charge any money back.

Prices per registration:

Single user registration fee is US $29.00
Corporate order of 3-10 registrations - US $25.00 per registration
More than 10 registrations - US $20.00 per registration
