Hamsin Clipboard 3.00

A three-in-one easy-to-use clipboard extension utility that allows:
 - tracking clipboard history of the last ten clips which can be later
returned back to the clipboard or directly pasted into applications,
 - pasting several copied clips automatically one after another or
   merged together,
 - saving favorite or commonly used clips for future pasting.

The interface is very simple - all the functions are accessible from any
application via hotkeys and/or a pop-up menu invoked by a hotkey or a tray
icon. All the hotkeys and the menu are customizable. Adding new clips to the
history can be suspended so that undesired clips do not clutter the history.

When using the standard Windows clipboard, only one item may be placed onto the
clipboard at a time, deleting the previous content. When Hamsin Clipboard is
installed in the system, it automatically captures objects placed onto the
clipboard saving the clipboard history of last 10 clips which can be later
returned back to the clipboard or directly pasted into applications. 'Merge
copied texts' option allows merging together several copied texts into one
clipboard item. When 'Incremental paste' option is on, several clips can be
copied to the clipboard one after another and pasted in the same order
(Actually, in this mode each clip is placed into the history only, whereas each
pasting automatically places the next clip onto the clipboard for the next
pasting operation). 'Suspend tracking history' option temporary switches off
adding new clips to the history. It can be used it in order not to clutter the
history with undesired clips. Each clipboard content can be saved into
favorites for future pasting. All standard clipboard formats (text, OEM text,
unicode text, text locale, bitmaps, metafiles, palettes, drag-drop files, etc.)
end rich text formats are optionally supported.

The clips are pasted into applications by emulating Ctrl+V or Shift+Ins
keystrokes. This configuration option can be temporary overridden by pressing
Ctrl or Shift key accordingly when pasting a clip by the pop-up menu.

There is a bug in Microsoft Word: when a large text block is cut (Ctrl+X) and
immediately captured from the clipboard by some other application (e.g. Hamsin
Clipboard), Word crashes. Hamsin Clipboard corrects this bug by allowing the
user to specify the amount of time it should wait for before capturing the
data placed by Microsoft Word and by other applications. The actual delay required depends on your computer performance and is user-definable.

No installation required.

Freeware, freely distributable.
