SolveIT!, The Financial Calculator v5.0
Readme.txt

SolveIT! is an easy-to-use, fast, financial calculator which runs on Microsoft Windows 95/98, NT 4.0x or Windows 2000. It includes 33 flexible calculators.

To get started, we suggest that you read the following help topics in the program's online help:

Introduction

General Instructions

Feature List

Alphabetical Listing of Calculators

Support and Contact Information

As you read the above topics, if you follow the "See Also" links to the other topics, you'll soon master the program.

We think that you'll find SolveIT! very easy to use. Yet it is flexible. Occassionally, because of this flexibility, how to perform a particular task will not be obvious at first glance. This is when the "feature list" (see Help) will particularly come in handy. Find the task you wish to perform in the feature list and follow the link.

Ordering a copy- If you are evaluating this program and have yet to order a copy and you would like to, please use the integrated order form. From the program's main menu, select {Help}{Order Form}. If you have questions about pricing or about ordering please see the help topic, "Ordering a Fully Working Copy". Note that placing the order electronically will save you money.

If this is an unregistered evaluation copy of this program, when the evaluation period expires, some (but not all) calculators will cease to operate. If you need more time to evaluate the program, that can be arranged. Please see the help topic "Need more time?".

We are in the process of offering royalties on future sales of this program to anyone who translates it into another language. Please see the file, "Language.txt" located in the SolveIT! folder for details.

To our loyal customers that have purchased the program and supported us, many since 1985, I would like to say that I'm sorry that it has taken so long to release a Windows version of SolveIT!. However, in our defense, I would like to point out that we started a 16-bit version in 1993 and a 32-bit version in 1995. We abandoned the 16 bit development effort in 1996. The 32-bit version was started 3 different times. By this I mean, on two occassions we just weren't happy with the program's design or progress, and we abandoned our efforts and started development again. The program now numbers 221,000 plus lines of Delphi code. We think that we have a good program. We hope that you agree.

Lastly, if you find this program useful, please tell a friend about it.

Thank you,
