I believe like all of my help desk programs, AccessAble Help Desk Suite provides real value.  The registration cost is just $199 per site, regardless of the number of users.  This program includes a number of firsts for me.  It is my first program to include the abilty to sync data with the Pocket PC.  The setup files for that program, AccessAble Help Desk CE (c) are included in the file AAHDCE.ZIP while the other Setup.exe will installed the AccessAble Help Desk Windows application and HTTP Server.  This is my first program to make an attempt at email integration.  If you experience any problems with the AccessAble Email Client (c) I would also appreciate an email to alert me to that.

This program is fully functional for up to 30 days without you paying me one red cent.  I hope you will put the program through it's paces during that time before you decide to register the program.  However, if you find the program does meet your needs, please visit my web page for information on how to purchase a site license and continue to use the program for as long as you like.  There are no additional costs, no annual renewal fees, additional per user charges, or support charges.  Technical Support is FREE, however, it is limited to email.  Sorry, I have to keep my full time job in order to sell software at these low prices.

Before installing the program, please read the license agreement.  After you  have evaluated the program for a little while, I would appreciate an email to let me know what you liked or didn't like about the program.  If you do not feel the program meets your needs, just uninstall it.  You won't hurt my feelings, but I would appreciate any suggestions you may have for what I could have done differently.  After all, the biggest room in the world is "room for improvement".
