Registered users of LogTick 2.x of 3.x pay $US 10,- ( f 15,-)  for a 4.6 registration;
Registered users of LogTick 4.0 upgrade for free, ONLY if they have been registered BEFORE 1 November 1996
Registered users of LogTick 4.0 who have been registered after 1 November 1996 pay $US 10 (f 15,-) for a 4.5 upgrade.
Registered users of LogTick 4.5 upgrade for free

LogTick 4.5 users who are entitled to a free upgrade, receive their LogTick 4.6 registration number automatically by email.


How to upgrade ?

USE THE UPGRADE FORM OF THIS FILE  (YOU CAN CUT AND PASTE IT IN YOUR EMAIL)

If you're living in the Netherlands, and you're having a Dutch bank account:

	1. Fill in the upgrade form, and EMAIL it to register@tomacom.demon.nl
	    Don't forget to fill in your Bank Account number !
	2. Wait until you get an acknowledgment reply from me via EMAIL
	3. Transfer f 15,- in Dutch guilders to:

		Attn:		Tomacom, Heemskerk
		Account: 	7657218
		Bank: 		Postbank, Netherlands
		Description:	UP46 <your name>

	4. As soon as the money shows up at my account, I'll send you your personal 
	registration number through Email

	You can also use EuroCheques, See below:

If you're living in the Netherlands, and you're having a Dutch GIRO account:

	1. Fill in the upgrade form, and EMAIL it to register@tomacom.demon.nl
	    Don't forget to fill in your Giro Account number !
	2. Wait untill you get an acknowledgement reply from me via EMAIL
	3. Transfer f 15,- in Dutch guilders to:

		Attn:		Tomacom, Heemskerk
		Account: 	7657218
		Bank: 		Postbank, Netherlands
		Description:	UP46 <your name>

	4. As soon as the money shows up at my account, I'll send you your personal 
	registration number through Email

	You can also use EuroCheques, See below.


If you're living outside the Netherlands, but within Europe, and you have Euro-cheques

	1. Fill in the upgrade form, and EMAIL it to register@tomacom.demon.nl
	    Don't forget to fill in your Bank Account number (and cardnumber) !
	2. Wait until you get an acknowledgment reply from me via EMAIL
	3. Write an EuroCheque for f 15,- Dutch guilders (vijftien gulden) to:

		the Netherlands
		Include a copy of your upgrade form

	4. As soon as I cashed the cheque, I'll send you your personal 
	registration number through Email.

If you want to be on the save side with EuroCheques (so that nobody else than the Author can cash your cheque), don't write your card-number on the back of the cheque, but put the number in your upgrade form.

If none of the above applies:

	1. Fill in the upgrade form, and EMAIL it to register@tomacom.demon.nl
	2. Wait until you get an acknowledgment reply from me via EMAIL
	3a. When directly sending cash money:
		Send f 15,- Dutch Guilders, or
		        $ 10,- US Dollars (paper-money ONLY!)

*The LogTick 4.6 upgrade costs $ 10 US dollars. the addition of $ 10,- US dollars, is because of the costs that my bank will charge me for cashing and converting to Dutch guilders. If you want to avoid these extra costs, send me CASH $ 10 US Dollars (paper-money ONLY) or f 15 Dutch guilders. (see 3a)

	4. As soon as 
		(3a) I received the money or 
		(3b) I cashed the cheque
		 I'll send you your personal registration number through Email.

UPGRADE form for LogTick 4.6

I (the user) would like to Upgrade to LogTick 4.5. Before transferring money, I will send this request form to register@tomacom.demon.nl . After I (the user) received an acknowledge via Email, I will transfer the money using the following method:

* Transfer the money from a Dutch bank account
* Transfer the money from a Dutch GIRO account
* Send a EuroCheque by regular mail
* Send Cash by regular mail
* Send an International Money Order by regular mail

* (delete the lines which don't apply)

Once you (the author) received an acknowledgment of my payment, please send me (the user) a 10-digit registration number for registering LogTick 4.5 by Email.

LogTick is Shareware

LogTick is a Shareware software package. This means that you're allowed to use 
LogTick for an evaluation period of 30 days without paying. After the 30 day period, 
if you still want to use LogTick, you're obliged to register LogTick. 

Costs

LogTick costs f 50,- Dutch guilders, or $ 35 US Dollars. Costs may vary according to the method of payment. See "How to register ?". One payment grants you to use one instance of LogTick on one PC/Workstation. This upgrade procedure is for individual users ONLY. If you want to get a company license or multi-license for LogTick, contact the author for conditions and prices.

Why Registering ?

Because it's Shareware. Programming takes a lot of time. By purchasing Shareware 
software, you enable the author to provide new versions of shareware. So it helps you too. On top of that, extra functionality will become available, which is not available in the non-registered version.
