Midi File Creator (16 bit) v1.5

Create a new temporary directory, preferably called mfc16dem.
Download or move the zip file (mfc16d15.zip or other) to this directory.

Unzip the zip file. Often, this can be done by simply doubleclicking the
zip file, and then selecting Extract, and Extract Files. Extract the files
to the same directory.

Doubleclick on mfc16dem.exe, and the program will run.

Once the program is running, select Help from the
menu, and then select Overview to get basic information.

Much more detailed information is provided by pressing F1, or selecting
Help; Contents from the menu.

Note: the mfc16d15.zip file contains directories which should
be restored when unzipped (pkunzip -d mfc16d15.zip if using DOS).

If everything is running okay, the zip file can be deleted to save space.
