  If you are viewing this file and its still in an archive you must unzipped
  the zip file to a temporary directory.  This will require Pkunzip, Winzip,
  or another zip extracting program to extract the files.

  Once extracted you must run SETUP.EXE to install the program.

  Both Windows 3.1 and Windows 95 installation is covered below.


  Installing the program in Windows 3.1
  --------------------------------------
  1) Installing from a temp directory using the Windows 3.1 Program Manager

     In the following example we will assume you've unzipped the files is
     in the C:\TEMP  directory.

  Start Windows if not running

  From the Windows Program Manager
  Select: File from the menu to open the File menu (top left of screen)
  Select: Run
  Enter C:\TEMP\SETUP.EXE  in the input box
	  (you can use the Browse button to locate the directory and file)
  Click on the OK button and follow the instructions.
	     (We recommend you  accept the defaults.)


  2) Installing EZ-Index from a floppy diskette in Windows 3.1

     Windows 3.1 installation from a drive A or B
     In the Windows Program manager
     Select: File from the menu to open the File Menu  (top left of screen)
     Select: Run,
     Type in-  A:SETUP.EXE  or B:SETUP.EXE  depending on which drive has the
	       diskette.
     Select and click on the OK button.
	     (The program must be installed in it own directory.)



  Installing the program in Windows 95
  --------------------------------------
  1)Installing EZ-Index from a temp directory from the Windows 95 Desktop

   In the following example we will assume you've unzipped the files is in
   the C:\TEMP  directory.

   Click the START button
   Select RUN  to open the input box.
   Enter  C:\TEMP\SETUP.EXE   in the input box
   Click on the OK button the start the installation.


  2) Installing from a diskette:

     Windows 95 Installation from A or B drive  (diskette)
     Insert the diskette with the program into the drive.

     From the Windows 95 Desktop
     Click the START Button
     Select: Run and Click on RUN to open the input box
     Type in: A:SETUP.EXE or B:SETUP.EXE  (the drive with the diskette)
     CLICK the OK button, the installation will begin
