PURPOSE: The purpose of this merge, was to add the ability to
display a file, to a certain User Security Level, just prior
to them logging off the system.

DESCRIPTION: Merge for use with the STUNY ST0306 mods for RBBS-PC.
This merge will display a Sysop definable file to the user
(based on the users Sec Level), prior to sending the epilog
screen. SmartText can be included in the files and all three
graphics types are supported. If a file does not exist for
the users security level, RBBS will continue as normal.

USE:
Run the appropriate batch file(s) in the ST0306.zip to merge the STUNY
mods into the stock RBBS code. Run the XMSGSTNY.BAT to merge in the Exit
message feature. Now run the appropriate STUNY batch file to compile and
link the code. The XMSG?.HLP files should be placed in the same
directory where your other .hlp files are located. (? = Users Sec Level)

This ZIP file should contain the following eight (8) files:

XMSGSTNY.TXT - the file you are reading now
