Excerpt from Neil Larson's Royalty Clause

You can use Hyplus royalty free for running the shareware or commercial
knowledge systems you create. Here's why.

   (1) Ten years ago, license fees didn't work for usage of compilers or
database programs. Similar fees are not appropriate for hypertext.

   (2) Use and distribute my hypertext programs (Hyplus/PC-Hypertext)
royalty free. Don't worry -- I earn my income on the sale of
unusually effective production software to hypertext developers.
